ただ、手に入れた方が写真を撮ってアップしてくださいまして、またそれをスクリプトに起こしてくれた方がいるので持って来ました。

ふふふ、RSは相変わらずアダムびいきですし、アダムも相変わらずぶっ飛ばしています。

ジーン・シモンズに付いて話している箇所があるのですが、彼のファンはかなり怒るかも知れません。
.
私的には、相手が最初に始めた事だし、何よりも、彼がアダムの音楽的な事に付いて話しているのならまだ、「聞き流した方が良いわよ」と思うかも知れませんが、アダムがRS誌でカミングアウトした事に対して「そんな事する必要は無かったんだ。キャリアがこれでつぶれるぞ。」みたいな事を言った訳ですからね。

アダムは怒って当然だし、ジーン・シモンズはこの発言を恥じるべきだと私は思っています。
.
ある意味差別発言だと思うし、アダムががつんと言い返しているのを見て、私は思いっきり嬉しく楽しくなっちゃいました（笑）。

With stunning vocal prowess and equal-opportunity sex appeal, Adam Lambert is American Idol’s first real rock god. Just six months after taking second place on Idol, the 27-year-old singer is releasing his debut, For Your Entertainment, a retro-futuristic dance-pop collection featuring tunes penned by Lady GaGa, Pink, Rivers Cuomo and Muse’s Matt Bellamy. “The vibe is a blend of old and new, to take a classic-rock-sounding track and ask, ‘How can we modernize this, how can we give it an electronic edge?’” Lambert says. “I want it to be a little bit over the top and tongue-in-cheek, and at other times, I want to do something vulnerable and real.”
When you put your album cover online, it got a lot of criticism for being too campy and too gay.
But that’s what I was like on Idol! When I did Ring of Fire, that was pretty camp, so I don’t understand why the cover is a surprise. People are forgetting me at my wildest – with platform boots and rhinestones around my eyes. Is the album cover that much of a departure? Hunky Dory and Velvet Goldmine were a big inspirations, along with old Poison and Motley Crue covers. It’s fun – it’s supposed to be kind of campy.
Do you think some people feel differently about you since you came out?
Gene Simmons spouted something, that he thought I’d ruined my career by coming out. He’s obnoxious, and what a hypocrite – all he talks about is his sex life. He was being a dick – and he’s not the greatest singer. I guess he’s a good businessman. I’ll give him that.
What are your go-to tunes when you’re getting ready to go out?
Goldfrapp’s Supernature was on rotation for, like, a year. It’s electronic, but it has an organic, psychedelic feel to it. When I heard they were working with Christina Aguilera, I was like, “Aw, she beat me to it.”
Any music you don’t like?
I really respect Bob Dylan – but I just can’t get into his voice. And I’m not a huge Kanye West fan – or of rap in general – but he’s got sick visuals.
Lady GaGa wrote a song for you. What was it like working with her?
Even thought she seems super-eccentric and out there, as a person, she’s really down-to-earth – very New York. The song was a demo of hers from three or four years ago. At the end of the session, we had a drink – and then recorded more after some whiskey. The song captures us partying.
There’s also a tune by Justin Hawkins of the Darkness.
Their song ‘I Believe in a Thing Called Love’ is a great example of kitschy, glammy rock & roll. I told the producer, “I want it to feel like it’s a time capsule to the Seventies, and we’re going to blast off into space.” It’s a rock song at the core, but it has all this sonic ear candy all over it.
What did you dress up as for Halloween this year?
I walked over to a Hollywood Boulevard costume shop and bought a pair of fangs and creepy white contacts. I was a “glampire” – it’s a vampire with full-on fashion.

「”Jesus Christ Superstar”のリメイクを作るって言う話しがあるそうなんだよ。僕はJudasをやりたいんだ（笑）。この役を貰うために僕は動くよっ！次の仕事が映画って言うのも凄く良いと思わない？」

前々から、自分のやりたい役だって言い続けていましたものね〜。
（冗談で、Jesusはクリスがやれば良い、って話していた事もありますよね。笑）

実はネットのKradamファン、は、数時間前から狂ったように興奮しております。

なぜなら、TV Guideのパーティーに、アダムとクリスの二人ともが招待されているというニュースが流れたからです。

ビバリーヒルズで行われるこのパーティー、アルバムのプロモーションにももってこいだし、二人とも現れるのでは？と大騒ぎ。

私もKradamファンではありますが、そんな大騒ぎな皆さんを見つつ、落ち着け〜〜と、のんきに構えておりまする。

Lambert is both confident and humbled by his major label debut, “For Your Entertainment,” out Nov. 23. He knows there are a lot of expectations riding on him, and he hopes he can live up to them. He feels he’s made the record that he wanted to make—given some tight time constraints. I asked if he was one of those artists that we’d hear disavow the album a year from now and he assured me that would not be the case. One of his few regrets is that he ultimately did not, as had been reported early on, get to work with producer RedOne on “For Your Entertainment.”

と、いうことで、良くアイドル出身者が数年後に「あれは自分が作りたい物じゃなかった」とか言い出したりするけれども、自分に限ってはそれは無いとアダムは話したそうです。

限られた時間内で、自分がやりたいこと、出来る事をやったと感じているそう。

数少ない後悔している事と言えば、RedOneとの曲を最終的にアルバムに入れる事が出来なかった事だと話しています。

There are some artists who wear their fame well. And our premature guess is that Lambert will be one of them. A journalist friend of ours told us about meeting Lambert backstage during the “American Idol” tour stop in Washington, D.C. As gracious and kind as he was to her and her daughters, he was even more so in the generous amount of time he spent with a sick child who had been brought backstage to meet him. I asked him about that night and he said that performing in “Wicked” had taught him a lot about dealing with people and how the night a particular fan sees you is the only night that matters to him or her. The fact that you’re done the same thing hundreds of nights before does not matter at all.It’s about being in the moment.

記者とその子供への真摯な対応や、またそれ以上に病気の子への優しい対応を他のジャーナリストから聞いたそうで、その事に付いてアダムに聞くと、

「”Wicked”でいろいろな公演をしたときに、自分たちが毎日何度も同じ事をしていたとしても、お客さんにとってはその日一日、その瞬間がすべてなんだと学んだんだ。」

と答えたそうです。

We hadn’t loved the two songs we’d heard from Lambert so far: “ Time for Miracles” from “2012” and first single “For Your Entertainment,” but we’ve now gotten to hear the album and it holds together well. He can really sing, as anyone who has watched him on “Idol” knows, and his fans from that show aren’t going to be disappointed by the sides of himself on display on “FYE.” To his credit, he seems very serious about staying true to himself. He knows he may not go over well in some red states, but it’s much more important to him that he can sleep at night with the choices he’s made.

アダムの歌唱力は素晴らしいし、アイドルを見てファンになった人たちもがっかりし無いだろうって。

アダムは自分にとても正直でいるから、いくつかのred states（共和党支持の州。つまり保守派。）では受け入れられるのが大変かもしれないと、自分でも分かっているそうです。
.
けれど、一日の終わりに振り返ったときに、彼にとっては自分の決断が正しかったかどうかのほうが大切なことだと話しています。
.
自分に正直でいる事、アダムにとってはこれが一番大切な事なのでしょう。
